Basic contact information is recorded for club members who register with this site, if they choose to supply it. Passwords are stored only in encrypted form, and are unavailable to other site visitors; they are also unavailable to site administrators, so please remember your password!

Your interaction with this web site is recorded in Apache access logs, which are normally retained for several days. No data harvesting is performed on these logs but they are needed in case any problems should arise with the normal operation of this site.
